My name is Dave. I created this site as a way to share blog posts with you, the reader, about a range of topics I find interesting. Every Saturday morning, a new piece is published covering some element of Americana (mainly leisure, sports, watches, and books). My hope is to bring you pleasurable reading and to make you feel a sense of pride in—or nostalgia for—the topic.
